• We defend clients in administrative proceedings before consumer protection and quality control authorities, including Senacon, Inmetro and Procons
• We develop and implement strategies for the reduction of risks, regulatory changes, among other topics related to consumer rights and product liability before the competent authorities
• We defend the interests of our clients with respect to non-tariff trade barriers, such as regulations and product certification
• We perform risk assessments, develop, submit and monitor recall plans
