• We represent clients in trade defense proceedings (dumping, safeguards and countervailing measures) in Brazil and other jurisdictions
• We develop and implement strategies before national and foreign authorities in the context of trade barriers, including regulatory or tariff changes
• We assess the impact of international treaties and agreements on companies
• We provide consultancy on issues related to International Trade Law, such as bilateral, regional and multilateral negotiations involving Brazil
