• We assess the viability and negotiate settlement agreements (TCCs) in administrative procedures before CADE
• We carry out due diligences focused on competition issues
• We draft and implement antitrust compliance programs, including trainings and dawn raid drills
• We prepare legal opinions and reports regarding anticompetitive conducts and merger control
